The groin is your inner thigh... women have them too and you can get hernias... not as often as men though.





I does hurt to get hit there somewhat. I would worry about getting a hernias or straining the muscle there than getting hit.





Being a guy, yes it hurts to be hit in the penis, but the testicles are the most sensitive by far. I never do sports wearing boxers, because if my testicles bounce right and hit the bottom of the boxers and that hurts.





Just got for the nuts. I have heard if they are hit had enough they could go up inside a male. I never heard it happen, but I knew a guy who I guessed didn't fully develop or something and by some chance his testicles were working back up inside him.
