Relationship question...girl and guy advice?

so...today is my 2 year anniversary with my boyfriend....i had to work from 11-2 this afternoon when i got home my boyfriend was just waking up. i asked him if he had to work today..he said that he did...from 5pm till 11 tonight. would you be mad if your b/f or g/f dint ask off for work ? even though he did for 420, i mean ....come on...i know i had to work today but it was for a few hours and its not like he was awake to notice.. would you be up set if you had to spend your anniversary at home....alone....for 6 hours? its kinda dragging me down. i mean....he hasn't even acknowledge that he even remembers that our 2 year is today. i didn't mention anything to him yet about it or not because i don't know if he has anything planned for when he comes home or not. if he doesn't do anything, should i ask him if he forgot ? money is kinda tight and it doest matter if he even gets me anything or not. all i got him was a card. but all i am expecting is a happy anniversary from him .Relationship question...girl and guy advice?
Would i be upset At my bf/gf if they had to work? No....He may have tried to get it off and failed. Bosses really don't care about anniversary's, Just the profit margin. Or he might be stressing out about not having the money to treat the love of his life the way she deserves to be treated. Or he may be planning to do something later with you when he does have the money.From what i can tell about the two of you from your post, You love each other very much. Generally guys don't remember this kind of thing, cause all guys care about is that they have you and they're set for life. Usually we think its the female job to remind us, or mark the calendar. If he was planning something wouldn't you think he'd be up all night?





If I knew it was my aniversary, and I had to be alone for 6 hours though, I would be really really mad, I might even shut myself from people for a few hours. I hope this helps lol.
