I don't think it has to do with your looks =] !! umm to me i like it if a guy just flat out asks me out, but that may be just me. Try to find a girl who is interested in the stuff u like to do. she doesn't have to be a milf or a slut. sometimes its good to take things slower. learn a little about her and try not to make dumb degrading marks about her **** or *** cause if shes not into stuff like that it can push her away into just thinking ur shallow. But other girls sometimes like that =]
you dont need to change anything...you are good looks wise...just be the best you can be.
and then try to talk to girls...make good conversation, be funny...etc. and dont overly flirt..also dont change your mood too much, girls hate guys who act nice and then be rude the next day.
and be approachable...if u are too much of a jock type then girls might be a little intimidated to talk to you..
alsooo...try to keep your rep ';clean';...what i mean by that is make sure that girls know that you are a nice guy!

It's not always about your looks. Really it's not. I'm not saying that looks don't matter at all, b/c let's face it, everyone wants to be not only mentally but also physically attracted to their partners. Anyway, if you wanna know ways to improve your looks, I'd say maybe a little tan, but really you're not bad looking at all :)

yes amazingley girls care more about personality. but if you live in america then theyll only **** you if u look good. so if ur american then well.... i couldnt be arsed to look at the picture tbh, but in uk they amazingley care more bout personality. i no its a bit of a shock
I wouldn't change anything about you. You might just have to open up more and talk to girls let them get to know you. for instance you know your strong points use them. And personality is one of the main thing that attracts girls.

2. shower everynight (if you shower in the morning wash your face at night)
